The last few episodes of SG:A

Okay, so I somehow stubled upon this: Lt. Col. John Sheppard Writes Awesome Fanfiction about Himself and His Buddies and also he is really, really cool. No, he is! which is totally hilarious, and makes so much sense out of Vegas being Sheppard's fanfiction about himself.
Which got me to thinking...
Brain Storm - clearly Keller's fanfiction. Really. She tells off a whole room full of scientists way smarter than herself, and gets to play 'mom' to the guy she wants. Also... she kinda saves the day, and has the guy she wants abandon all logic and reason to go rescue her. Mary Sue, anyone?
Infection? Does that even make sense in a universe where it isn't Todd's fantasy? Todd saving the day, Todd just walking away at the end there, with the knowledge of where, exactly, Atlantis is? Todd having a massive crush on John Sheppard?
Identity? Really, the less I think about that one the better - but that, too, could totally work as Keller's fanfiction. Hurt/comfort and daring rescues and all. Yep, she wants to be rescued by Rodney, all right. And IMHO - it's a damn good thing she has to resort to fanfic to get him... ;-)
Then Vegas, which is Sheppard's fanfiction.
And finally, in the comments to the above entry, someone pointed out that Enemy at the Gates really only makes sense as Carson's fanfic about himself. Carson flying the city? Really? Atlantis going back to Earth which, really, Carson's probably one of the few on-board who's interested in? Yeah. Fanfic.
And thus - neatly - the last few episodes of season 5 turns into something that isn't really canon. Which, honestly? I'm perfectly fine with. :-)
